Deluxe
Deluxe rooms are the most spacious, ranging from 440 to 550 square feet, featuring two queen beds, and some rooms even have a pull-down bed to accommodate a fifth guest. These rooms include a separate double sink area adjacent to the bathroom, and many offer a balcony. In addition to standard rooms, the deluxe category includes larger villa accommodations, such as one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites. Access to these rooms is provided through interior hallways. Deluxe resorts offer a variety of amenities, including multiple sit-down restaurants, extensive shopping options, recreational activities like boat rentals, and numerous on-site activities. Each Deluxe resort boasts at least two pools, one with a water slide and the other with a hot tub. Additionally, all Deluxe resorts are conveniently located next to one of the theme parks, and guests staying at these resorts enjoy the perk of extended evening theme park hours.
Moderate
Moderate rooms range from 314 to 375 square feet and typically feature two queen beds, with some rooms offering a small pull-down bed as well. These rooms are accessed via outdoor walkways. Most moderate resorts provide a sit-down restaurant, a food court, enhanced amenities, and at least two pools, one of which includes a water slide. Unlike Deluxe resorts, moderate resorts are not located adjacent to a theme park, and most transportation is provided by bus, except for Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, which offers the Skyliner gondola to Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Moderate resorts serve as a middle ground between Value and Deluxe resorts, offering more space and amenities than Value resorts, but without the prime location and luxury of Deluxe resorts.
Value
Value rooms are the smallest, measuring approximately 260 square feet, with two queen beds and a basic bathroom. Access to these rooms is via outdoor walkways. All Value resorts include at least two pools and a food court. Some Value resorts also offer family suites that can accommodate up to six guests. While Value resorts are located furthest from the theme parks and offer fewer amenities and services, they provide a clean, safe, and comfortable place to stay.
